Should the dwelling being rented include these items, then full attention to the following points will assist you greatly in obtaining a full bond refund.

Stove including elements, oven, oven racks, griller & trays to be cleaned

Range hood including filters to be cleaned

Refrigerator and dishwasher including door rubbers and filters to be cleaned

Washing machine and dryer, including lint filter to be cleaned

Bath, shower, shower screens, wash basin, vanity (inside & outside), mirrors and toilet to be cleaned

Windows, window tracks, fly screens, and window sills to be cleaned

Ceiling fans and controls to be cleaned

All vertical blinds and other blinds to be cleaned

All curtains to be washed

All walls, ornamental railings and skirting boards to be cleaned thoroughly

All doors and doorframes to be cleaned

All mold and cobwebs to be removed from ceilings

All cupboards and drawers to be cleaned and personal items to be removed

Light fittings, light switches and power points to be cleaned

Floors and floor coverings to be cleaned

Oil stains to be removed from driveway or paths

All pathways to be cleaned

Carpets to be cleaned and deodorized

Lawns to be mowed, edges trimmed and gardens weeded and tidied up

Rubbish that will not fit in the wheelie bin should be removed from the property

Any items damaged must be repaired in a proper and workmanlike manner or alternatively replaced

The dwelling will not be considered vacant until all keys have been returned to this office
